1. Service Description: This session covers a 3-hour coaching at the rate of $750. This session includes content creation, consulting, and coaching services,
2. Payment Structure: A $500 non-refundable down payment is required at the time of scheduling to secure your session slot. The remaining $250 is due upon completion of the session.
3. Cancellation Policy: The $500 down payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule the session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the down payment will be forfeited.
4. Content Ownership: Any content, advice, or materials provided during the coaching session are for personal or business use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit permission.
5. Confidentiality: All information shared during the coaching session will be kept confidential by the coach and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Additional Services: Any additional services beyond the scope of this session will be discussed and invoiced separately.
7. Payment Terms: Payment is accepted through Shopify and is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
